Responsibilities include date rotation, cleaning, stocking, creating displays, managing a team of 2-3 people, maintaining consistent sales margins, ordering, receiving deliveries, and providing exemplary customer service. Candates must be able to work in a "Not Warm" environment and be able to lift 40-50 lb's. The successful candidates should have an enthusiastic passion for healthy/ green living. The ability to multi-task in an unstructured environment will be key to long term success. A strong work ethic is crucial. Candidates for this position must be able to work a mixture of morning, day or evening shifts, including one weekend shift.
